A learned individual can inform right from wrong, thus learning how to lead a better life, and in turn make the world a better place for all. When they’re inspired to learn, explore, and improve, they will know that education and knowledge are key.
We hope to give them the right tools to begin their journey towards knowledge. This
is where we believe our contribution can make a difference.
Scholarship Program for Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) students
We have provided scholarships worth RM2 million to students of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) through the Lee Siew Keong Scholarship Foundation. This is an ongoing initiative that started back in 2015 and continues today as our founder is a strict believer in knowledge acquisition for a better life.
Refurbishing of UKM's Library
We have donated to refurbish UKM's library to ensure students have access to a better space to pore over books and spend their valuable time in amassing knowledge. And for ease of accessing transportation to campus and back, a bus stop was built at the campus so students can seek shelter while waiting for public transportation.
Building a classroom for SJK (C) Pasir Pinji 2
In 2018, we approached SJK (C) Pasir Pinji 2 that provides special education integrated programme for the physically and mentally challenged children in Perak. The school lacked a classroom to accommodate this special education programme. We’ve contributed a total of RM30,000 for a complete classroom to be built to meet the needs of the teachers and children.
Donation to SJK(C) Damansara Teacher's Office
In year 2019, the committee member of PIBG of SJK(C) Damansara had approach LCAM's President regarding the condition of the school teacher's office. Most of the furniture had been in unreplaceable condition and needing sponsorship from NGOs. Therefore LCAM had decided to use the fund from Return Legacy to replace all of the teacher's tables.
